Welcome Our Summer Intern Class of 2022

Finding signals through shifting market sentiments, and sustaining optimistic realism during downturns is what sets greatness apart.

A venture investor must consider the optimism of when and how technology cycles emerge into paradigm shifts. Today, that shift is web3. At the same time, she needs to maintain the realism of deliberate, disciplined execution to outcompete in rapidly shifting trillion dollar markets.

This can be overlooked and drowned by behavioral biases and emotions: In long term venture investing and operating in technology, optimistic realism wins and wins big.

As web3 is accelerating in adoption faster among the younger generations, we also embrace their perspectives to better build our technology future.

At Decasonic we have brought on some rising stars with high potential. They are optimistic, energetic, and ready to work hard and smart in delivering big outcomes. Our objective to enhance these students’ knowledge in web3 while providing them opportunity to build something great is underway.
